Information We Collect

Madhav Sales is a business order and product management app for approved seller/admin and retailer users. The app may collect name, mobile number, village name, shop name, password, approval request details, product details, product photos uploaded by seller/admin users, order details, item quantities and order status.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide secure login, approve retailer access, manage products and categories, create and manage purchase orders, filter orders by village and status, show item-wise summaries, send daily order reminders and protect the portal from unauthorized access.

Photos

Seller/admin users may upload product photos. Product photos are used only to display products inside the Madhav Sales catalogue.

Notifications

The Android app may send daily reminder notifications related to order activity. Notifications can be controlled from Android system settings.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We do not share personal data with advertising companies. Data is stored on hosting/server infrastructure only to operate the app.

Security

The app uses HTTPS for data transfer. Passwords are stored as secure hashes. Users should keep their login details private.

Data Retention And Deletion

Order and account data is retained as needed to operate the business portal. Users may request account or data deletion by contacting support.

Children

This app is intended for business use by approved retailers and seller/admin users. It is not intended for children.
